Obsessive

This is an older drawing that I did as a birthday present for a good friend of mine. It's also a demonstration of what I do when I'm completely obsessed with something--I draw it. Obsessively.

This is first season. I'm considering doing another one, in red, of the Others--only I don't know them nearly as well. Lost has gone downhill since those heady days of smoke monsters and backstories. Damn you, Lost. Be good again!

Today's been kind of a shitty day, and I've had witches on the brain lately. Probably because I've been working on the Sparkles and Gloom bible, and I've also been re-reading all the Harry Potters before #7 comes out.

I actually find the teachers at Hogwarts to be more interesting than the students. There's really a sense that there's a lot more to their relationships than the books let on.

Maybe I should write a fanfic. Writing a fanfic at age 24 would make me the coolest person, ever. In fact, I think I just got cooler by just saying the word 'fanfic.' Fanfic. YEAH.

Tigers at the LA zoo. They're really hard to draw, and whenever I try they always end up looking like mountain lions.

Dear lord, has it really been almost a month with no update? Deepest apologies. Here is a bored-at-work doodle. I am also (currently) planning a trip to Europe, which involves hilarious international phone calls. (Not from work, of course.) I have a few more to make tomorrow, including calls to Italy, which should be especially funny considering I don't speak Italian.
